Guests arriving early (or waiting for rides) had nowhere to wait comfortably—no shade in sun, no shelter in rain. This “unwelcoming first impression” hurt bookings, especially for events with outdoor mingling.

We installed a 13x10 white - gray aluminum pergola to fix this. It’s not just a “decoration”—it’s a guest - centric lounge hub: shaded for summer waiting, sheltered for rainy arrivals, and styled to match the venue’s “palace” vibe. Now, the entrance works harder: pre - event mingling, guest check - in, and even “waiting area” for rides—turning a flaw into a profit - driving, guest - loving feature.
