We installed a 13ft×12ft gray solar-powered aluminum pergola. This transformed the patio into a versatile, all-weather lounge. Equipped with motorized adjustable louvers, retractable privacy screens, and solar-powered LED lights with built-in fans, it now offers shade, rain protection, a private atmosphere, and comfortable airflow day and night.
The Sun blazed so hot that midday hangs were impossible, rain ruined cushions weekly, and the space sat empty 6+ months a year.
Without a screen or shade, the lack of privacy makes this space unsuitable for intimate conversations or solitary reading.
In the evening, due to the absence of outdoor lighting, I missed out on many "magical backyard moments".
The gazebo can be adjusted according to your needs - open it when the sun is shining, enjoying the cozy atmosphere of drinking coffee under the sun; close it when it rains, without any hindrance to outdoor life; tilt it when you need to take a nap, enjoying the pleasant feeling of the breeze on your face.
