Order Confirmation

  • Once we receive your order, we will review our inventory to confirm your product is in stock. If not, we will contact our suppliers to confirm the lead time and estimated shipping date. If we expect any delays, we will notify you via email. Pergola and Canopy lead times typically range from two to four weeksfrom the time the order is placed to the shipping date. The lead time is based on the order being paid, the drawings being signed and returned to us, and availability of inventory. Custom pergolas/canopies/sunrooms, out of stock products, or orders placed during peak season (usually February through September) may take longer, and we will inform you of the estimated shipping date when the order is placed. We will process charges for all orders in advance.

Cancelling an Order

  • For standard size pergolas, canopies, and awnings you can cancel your order for free within 48 hours. After 48 hours, there will be a 10% cancellation fee to restock the product.
  • For custom pergolas, canopies, awnings, and sunrooms, you can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. If you confirm the drawings or sign the purchase agreement, there will be a 30% cancellation fee.

Order Shipment

  • You will receive tracking information for your order within 24-48 hours of it leaving our warehouse. Some orders are shipped to a central depot before being sent to their final destination. In these cases, you will receive shipping information directly from the shipping company. If you do not receive tracking information or shipping notification from us within the estimated shipping time, please contact us.


  • Please be available to receive and inspect your shipment when it is delivered. This will help to ensure that your order is correct and that there are no damages. If you are unable to be present, please have someone else sign for the package and inspect it on your behalf. Our products are made to last, so it's rare that you'll receive damaged parts. But if you do, please inspect the packaging carefully when your order arrives. If you see any damage, be sure to note it on the delivery receipt. It is important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the delivery receipt. Then, send us photos of the damage within 5 days of receiving the product and we'll file a claim with the shipping company. We'll rush the replacement parts to you at no cost.
